According to the press release dated April 19, 2024, DJ MediaPrint & Logistics will provide Universal Sompo with printing & dispatch and bulk scanning services. The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on Thursday announced the launch of futures and options contracts (F&O) on Nifty Next 50 index. The move is likely part of a series of steps being taken by the India’s largest stock exchange to regain some of the market share it lost to rival BSE over the last year. NSE will launch monthly F&O contracts on the junior Nifty 50 index from April 24.

Amid escalating tensions in the Middle East and a substantial surge in U.S. bond yields, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) have divested Indian equities worth over ₹20,000 crore in just four trading sessions. On Thursday, FPIs sold ₹4,260 crore, followed by ₹4,468 crore on Tuesday and ₹3,268 crore on Monday. Last Friday (April 12), they offloaded ₹8,027 crore.
