The IT player is to release its Q4FY24 results on Friday, April 25, which is expected to be a tepid show. According to experts, the company's revenue, profit, and margin may decline on a Q/Q basis.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank slumped nearly 11% Thursday after the central bank imposed a ban on the lender from issuing credit cards and onboarding new customers through mobile banking and online banking due to supervisory concerns in the bank's IT systems. This is the single largest fall in the stock since March 2020 and it led to a wipe out of ₹39,322 crore from total market cap of the stock.

Successful completion of Vodafone Idea's ₹18,000-crore follow-on public offering (FPO) has triggered a re-rating of most of the Aditya Birla Group stocks, which predominantly focuses on commodities. Since the ₹5,400-crore anchor book of Vodafone was fully subscribed last Tuesday, the group has gained $8 billion, or ₹65,000 crore, in market capitalization.
