JTL Infra board to decide on stock split next month

JTL Infra's Board of Directors of the Company during a meeting that will be held on Saturday, August 07, 2021, will consider and approve the split of the face value of equity shares and consequential alteration of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. The Board of Directors will also consider the proposal to augment the long-term resources of the Company.
