Bitcoin has gone through some wild swings over the past three years. The world's top cryptocurrency hit $69,000 in November 2021, plunged below $16,000 a year later, then surged to a record high of $73,750 this March. The board of Wipro Limited has re-appointed Azim Premji and son Rishad on the board for five years with effect from July 31, 2024, a statement issued by the company on April 19 said. The decison is subject to approval of shareholders. Azim Premji has been re-appointed as Wipro's Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, while Rishad will be the Executive Chairman till July 2029.
