DLF stock hits 52-week high post Q1 earnings announcement

DLF announced a consolidated net profit of Rs337.17cr in Q1FY22 against a net loss of Rs71.52cr a year ago same period. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs1,243cr rising by 92% YoY. Tight cost control measures implemented by the realty firm have led to surplus cash generation of Rs 141 crore during the quarter. The company stocks touched a new 52-week high of Rs344.50 per piece earlier today.
