The gains have been led by improved earnings outlook in the back of rising occupancy, increasing inpatient procedures, return of medical tourism and other such reasons have led to improvement in Average revenues pr operating bed (ARPOB).

European shares rose on Friday and looked set to end the week higher as investors cheered robust results from tech giants in the United States, while Thyssenkrupp was on course for its best day in 18 months on a divesture announcement. The pan-European STOXX 600 index started the session with a 0.5% increase by 0717 GMT. The benchmark index was on course to mark a weekly gain of 1.2%.

Copper prices rallied Friday above $10,000 per tonne for the first time in two years, propelled by soaring global demand and tight supplies.In early morning trade on the London Metal Exchange, the price of copper peaked at just over $10,028 per tonne, breaching the key level for the first time since April 2022.
